Service Description

INTERLOCKS (OTHER METHODS) RETIGHTENING Shampoo service is not included and is an add-on service. Clients have the option to self-shampoo and condition (depending on stage of locs); this MUST be done 12-24 hours prior to receiving service. PLEASE DO NOT USE OILS. Transfer clients need an on-site consultation prior 48 hours prior to appointment Interlocks/other retightening $70/hour

Cancellation Policy

Installations: Due to the number of days required to complete the establishment: • Client will be allowed a “ONE TIME ONLY” reschedule (after initial date has been reserved). New reschedule dates will be based upon availability. • Client MUST notify consultant two weeks prior to initial booking date to request a reschedule. • Client will forfeit ALL deposit and consultation fee once a cancellation is requested. ***REMEMBER, THE CONSULTATION FEE AND DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE***
